Meet the Team!

Graham Clifford, Founder and Director

Graham is a social entrepreneur and the founder of the Sanctuary Runners movement and the Translate Ireland multilingual messaging service. A former journalist and broadcaster, he likes to sing and is passionate about the power of singing and sport to bring people together. As a Kerry man in Cork, he is himself a blow-in!

Lisa Dunphy, Musical Director

Lisa Dunphy is the Musical Director of One Town, One Voice and has extensive experience leading choirs in Cork. She also works as a Youthreach teacher in Fermoy. Since launching the Fermoy International Choir in January 2019, she has been its conductor, bringing people together through music. As part of One Town, One Voice, Lisa provides musical support and guidance to all participating groups, helping to foster community and connection through singing.
